1. Collection of Personal Data from Users
Easylinge collects personal data about the Customer, the User consulting the Website, and the addressee of an Order.
This data is collected in particular:
when the User or the Customer browse the Site,
when the User or the Customer create an account,
when the User or the Customer orders online,
when the Customer places an Order on the Site,
when the User or the Customer contacts Easylinge Customer Service

Easylinge, a simplified joint-stock company, which has its registered office at 1 rue Jean Novel 69100 Villeurbanne, France, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under no. 824 360 275 (intra-community VAT number: FR 71824360275), with a registered capital of 80,000 euros.

3. Purposes of the processing of personal data and retention period
The data collected are necessary to:
improve the User’s browsing on the site,
process and manage orders placed on the site,
manage requests for information,
make customised offers on the basis of information entered by the Customer or orders placed by them,

manage relations between the Customer and Easylinge Customer Service,
manage customer reviews about orders,
manage membership and benefits of the loyalty programme.
If the Customer no longer wishes to receive communications from Easylinge, they may notify Easylinge of this at any time by e-mail to contact@easylinge.com
In accordance with the law, the retention period for personal data is restricted to 3 years from the last interaction between the User or Customer and the site (for example: log in to the Customer space on the site or order placed on the site).
4. Recipients of the data
The data collected are intended for the exclusive use of Easylinge.
Easylinge is responsible for their processing.
They may be passed on to companies and processors used by Easylinge, for example, in the context of:
order fulfilment and delivery,
Customer Service management,
sending of electronic or postal communications.
The CNIL (French Data Protection Commission - www.cnil.fr) has been notified of the personal data processing carried out by Easylinge via the Site.
5. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection relative to the data processing
In accordance with the French Data Protection Law of 6 January 1978 as amended in 2004, the User has a right of access to the data, and rights of rectification, modification and erasure of the data about them, said rights being exercised by writing to Easylinge, 1 rue Jean Novel 69100 Villeurbanne or by the contact form found on the Site or by email to contact@easylinge.com.

6. Use of Cookies
Some information may be collected such as the version of the Customer’s or User’s browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer, etc.), the type of operating system used (Linux, Windows 98, Mac Os, etc.) and the IP address (Internet Protocol) of the computer used.
Easylinge uses cookies, subject to the User’s choices; they are designed to store information identifying the terminal of Customers and Users during the Site consultation to facilitate the browsing experience on it.
The Customer or User can agree to or object to these cookies being saved by means of the options provided by their internet browsing software.

Easylinge’s cookies on its site allow it in particular:
