Easylinge collects personal data about the Customer, the User consulting the Website, and the addressee of an Order.

3. Purposes of the processing of personal data and retention period
The data collected are necessary to:
improve the User’s browsing on the site,

manage relations between the Customer and Easylinge Customer Service,
manage customer reviews about orders,

In accordance with the law, the retention period for personal data is restricted to 3 years from the last interaction between the User or Customer and the site (for example: log in to the Customer space on the site or order placed on the site).
4. Recipients of the data
The data collected are intended for the exclusive use of Easylinge.
Easylinge is responsible for their processing.
They may be passed on to companies and processors used by Easylinge, for example, in the context of:
order fulfilment and delivery,
Customer Service management,
sending of electronic or postal communications.
The CNIL (French Data Protection Commission - www.cnil.fr) has been notified of the personal data processing carried out by Easylinge via the Site.
5. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection relative to the data processing
In accordance with the French Data Protection Law of 6 January 1978 as amended in 2004, the User has a right of access to the data, and rights of rectification, modification and erasure of the data about them, said rights being exercised by writing to Easylinge, 1 rue Jean Novel 69100 Villeurbanne or by the contact form found on the Site or by email to contact@easylinge.com.

6. Use of Cookies

Easylinge’s cookies on its site allow it in particular:
